What happens after I send a note?
You get a reply within one business day, usually same day. First, a 30-minute discovery call covering your specialty, current billing setup, volume, and the specific problem you want solved. Then, if it is a fit, we scope a free 30-day claim audit. Written findings in 10 business days.
What is included in the free audit?
A sample of recent claims (we work from de-identified data under BAA), a review of clean claim rate and denial patterns, an aged A/R review, and a written report with dollar-quantified findings. Yours to keep whether or not you engage.
Do I have to switch billing companies to get the audit?
No. The audit is free and runs on de-identified data from your existing practice management system. If the audit shows the leak is small and your current setup is working, we will say so.
How fast can I actually go live?
From contract signature: primary care and urgent care, 10 to 14 days. Single-specialty, 14 to 21. Multi-specialty or ASC, 21 to 30. Credentialing carries over. Your clinical workflow does not change.
What does the first-month engagement look like?
Weeks 1 to 2: data migration, payer setup, staff introductions, baseline report. Week 3: first claims submitted under our workflow. Week 4: first monthly KPI report with baseline metrics established. By end of week 6, first-pass clean rate and net collections begin trending.
